Holden’s Bottling Joins British Soft Drinks Association
Holden’s Bottling are delighted to have become members of the British Soft Drinks Association (BDSA), reflecting their increasing market-share in the non-alcoholic beverage industry.
With the growing popularity of no and low alcohol beverages and adult soft drinks, Holden’s has seen alcohol free products grow from 3% to 30% of their total capacity over the last 10 years.
This is a result of major investment into the Holden’s plant with the addition of a carbonator, the ability to offer in-bottle pasteurisation, and work with pre-mixed compounds as well as mixing constituent ingredients.
Holden’s now bottles an array of carbonated soft drinks, tonics and still fruit juices from some of the UK’s leading brands, in a range of bottle sizes from 200ml through to 750ml. They expect to further increase their soft drinks capacity with the introduction of a canning line in February 2024.
Mark Hammond, Operations Director of Holden’s Bottling said; ‘We saw joining the BSDA as the natural next step in our journey of supporting producers with their bottling and canning requirements. BSDA offers great training and support as well as fantastic industry events which we’re excited to be a part of.’
