- DO2 control during intake and processing
Cider Processing Technical information
- On receipt chill down to +2degC
- Blend & adjust to meet specification
- Filtration through Pentair BMF
- Quality checks throughout each process stage
Soft Drink Processing Technical information
- Weigh and mix ingredients to create a soft drink to specified recipe
- Receive pre-mixed syrups that require dilution
- Filtration through Pentair BMF as required
- On receipt chill down to +2degC
- Quality checks throughout each process stage
